The association has written 2 letters in continuation with our previous letters for LDCE. We hope that Board will consider our suggestions of reducing the residency period for promotion. If the same proposal is accepted, this will not only solve the problem of stagnation but also this will lead to more Revenue Collection of Government. The 6th CPC has recommended "Promotion Channels should be attractive for highly qualified persons".
