Member (P&V) has written a DO letter on 5th Feb, 2015 to
all the Chief Commissioners to send the desired reports by 16th Feb, 2015.
No. of ACR/APAR dossiers, VC/IC etc. mentioned against each of the following zones are still pending :
1. Bangalore - 23
2. Vadodara - 11
3. Kolkata - 28
4. Delhi - 20
5. Hyderabad - 8
6. Mumbai - 24
7. Chennai - 5
8. Ranchi - 6
9. Lucknow - 11
10. Nagpur - 9
11. Shillong - 1
I request the leaders of the concerned zones and
the central office bearers to take initiatives and pursue with the concerned
zonal administrations, so that the ACR/APAR dossiers, VC/IC etc. are sent to the Board without any further delay. It is sad to
note that the leaders of some of those very zones regularly pursue with us
whereas the reports are pending from their zones themselves.
