A successful black badge programme has been
observed across all the offices of CBIC
on 31st October 2018 to show the power of unity. This has been a peaceful protest in the series of two programmes. The first one, the Lunch hour demonstration, on 11th October 2018 has also seen the spontaneous participation of ministerial cadre officers. The programmes were observed to protest the negative attitude of CBIC towards ministerial cadre officers. We hope that Board will understand the pain and agony of the officers of this cadre and change its attitude and fulfill the demands. If still the same attitude continues, the officers are ready to take stronger protest programmes to get their rightful demands fulfilled.

Our unity is our strength. Jai Hind.
Let us have a glimpse of our black badge programme.
Yours sincerely,
Secretary General
