            After making our ‘Lunch Hour Demonstration’ successful, today we are observing our 2^nd peaceful protest programme, the ‘Black Badge Wearing’. Let us make it a huge success. Let each and every ministerial officer wear the badge today to convey our justified demands to authority.

      We have forwarded a joint submission (alongwith two other Customs Ministerial Associations) to Chairman, CBIC, to inform him that we are going to observe lunch hour demonstration at all the offices of CBIC on 11-10-2018 and all the ministerial officers will wear black badge on 30-10-2018. This will be in the form of peaceful protest against the negative attitude of CBIC towards Ministerial cadre officers. The letter is appended herewith (Letter). We hope that Board will realize the problem of ministerial officers in respect of promotional aspects and do take necessary measure.

        

      All ministerial officers of CBIC are requested to join hands in this peaceful protest programme.

CAO DPC

                The DPC for CAO is held up for the want of documents as desired vide Board letter dated 12-09-2018, as we mentioned in our previous post. The documents have not reached the Board office from many zones. We once again request all concerned officers and our zonal leaders to take appropriate measure to forward the documents at the earliest. As per latest updates the documents from following zones have not reached yet :
