OBSERVE THE 27TH NOV, 2015 AS "BLACK DAY" BY WEARING BLACK BADGES
Secretary General, Shri Sankar Kumar Saha has served the following letter to the Chairman, CBEC to inform that this association and its members shall observe the 27th Nov, 2015 as "Black Day" by wearing black badges in office during working hours in support of the call given by the National Joint Council of Action (NJCA) to protest the adverse recommendations of the 7th CPC:

Dear Comrades,
This association shall observe 27th November
2015, as 'Black Day', by wearing black badges by each members of this
association, in office, during working hours, in order to protest the
retrograde recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission. This is in
support of the call given by the National Joint Council of Action (NJCA)
(letter enclosed).
All the office bearers of All India Federation and
Regional / Zonal leaders are requested to make necessary arrangements to make
the programme a grand success. Leaders of each CCO are requested to give
advance notice to their respective zone to inform the same.

This is in continuation to Board's earlier letter dated 10.11.15, Board has issued letter on 16.11.15 requesting all Chief Commissioners to forward the Vigilance status as on 22.06.13, 31.10.14 & 31.10.15 in respect of the 572 officers as per the earlier Annexure (CLICK HERE TO SEE) provided in Board's earlier letter dated 10.11.15. Board's present letter dated 16.11.15 is posted below for information and necessary action towards sending the desired report to the Board immediately:

PROPOSAL FOR CONVENING CAO DPC - SEEKING INFORMATION REGARDING

Comrades,
Board has
issued letter on 10th Nov, 2015 to all the Chief Commissioners for
proposal of convening DPC to the grade of CAO to review the earlier DPC for the
years 2007-08 to 2012-13 and regular DPC for 2013-14 (CLICK HERE TO SEE THE LETTER) with the request to furnish all the necessary ACR/APAR containing
dossiers, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance Certificate as on
31.10.2015 etc. in respect of 572 officers (CLICK HERE TO GET THE LIST)
to the Board, latest by 30th Nov, 2015.
I, request the Leaders of the
Concerned Zones and Central Office bearers to take initiatives and pursue with
the concerned zonal administration, so that the ACR/APAR dossiers, Current
Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Integrity Certificate etc. are sent to the Board well within
time. It is also requested that if the
desired ACR/APAR dossiers, documents etc. have already been sent in the past, then
a reference of such letters may be resubmitted to the Board along with the
current Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
