MESSAGE
The
National Convention in Hyderabad held on 16.05.2015 has been a grand
success. Leaders and representatives
from all across the country from East to West and North to South, from Cochin
to Chandigarh, from Nagpur to Amhedabad, from Jaipur to Ranchi, Kolkata have
participated. It has been a great
experience and wonderful feeling to find the entire country, deliberating on
various issues concerning the well being of the Ministerial Cadre. There was three sessions. The inaugural session was graced by Ms. R.
Shakuntala, Hon’ble Chief Commission, Central Excise & Service Tax,
Hyderabad Zone, Shri B. Ravi Chandran, Hon’ble Principal Commissioner, Central
Excise, Hyderabad Commissionerate, Shri M. Uma Shankar, Joint Commissioner,
Central Excise, Hyderabad Zone. The
Secretary General of the Superintendent Association, Shri Ravi Malik also
attended the inaugural session. Besides,
the regional leaders of Superintendent, Inspector and Group-C non ministerial
also took part in the convention. Their presence and speeches inspired one and
all and set up a perfect beginning of the convention. Subsequently we had Introspection session
where we critically examined the achievement and failure of the Association
since the Indore Convention, 2012. After
lunch the interactive session was conducted where delegates from each zone took
part.
