stone unturned to achieve the higher grade pay of Administrative officer and
Deputy Office superintendent. The judgement of Hon’ble CAT of Calcutta Bench
will also be relied upon in this case.
(B).
The Association shall also pursue the demand of higher grade pay of Rs. 2,800/-
of Tax Assistant.
4.
The Association will also
make suitable representation before the Board in the matter of Recruitment Rule
of Inspector and Senior Tax Assistant which are presently being reframed.

pursue on a regular basis for early settlement of Chennai
Seniority Case at Hon'ble Supreme Court.
6.
The Association shall also
write to the Board with the request for suitable direction to all the zones for
timely holding of DPC, compliance with all reservation norms, particularly
those meant for Physically Handicapped persons and regular holding of JCM.
7.
The Association shall also
endeavour to realize benefits for the members through the ongoing cadre
restructuring process. Special emphasis would be given to achieve 100%
promotion against all vacancies as happened in the last occasion.
