Board vide its letter dated 08.04.2021 (letter) has circulated a draft policy for absoption clause in various RRs. The association vide its letter dated 28.04.2021 (Association letter) have given its comments for the policy.
Board has a letter on 6th Jan 2021(letter link) in which a condition laid down in para 3(a). The condition totally unjustified. Hence, the association has written a letter to remove this condition.
As there is no update regarding the Advance Increment on passing LDCE, as decided by the committee, a reminder letter was issued for the same.
The association has written a letter about restarting the scheme of granting TWO advance increments on passing the limited departmental competitive examination which was discontinued without any circular.
Sh K P Sasi, Assistant Secretary General has done a fabulous job by drafting this letter along with all the relevant documents.
As we have written the letters for appointment with Hon'ble Chairman, Chiarman Sir called us for the meeting on 12.02.2021.
The meeting was hald in the Chamber of Hon'ble Chairman. Member(P&V), JS(Admin) attended the meeting. Our side was represented by Undersigned along with Sh K P Sasi, Sh Shailendra Dutta & Sh Vikas Singh.
Almost each and every issue were discussed in the meeting. Chairman Sir assured us for the early solutions of our issues.
A separate meeting with JS Admin was also held in her chamber in which all the issues were discussed in detail and also update was given of every issue.
Our side requested JS Admin madam for monthly meetings with association but Madam agreed for the quarterly meetings.
