       I would like to inform you that the recognition of AICESTMOA has been renewed. President and I would like to congratulate and convey our gratitude to all our national and zonal leaders and also each one of you for your cooperation and support. Details update would be conveyed when I receive the letter in hand.

         Meanwhile, the association has been working tirelessly to achieve the desired result.           A meeting was convened by DGHRD on 21^st July 2017 in New Delhi. Commissioners / ADCs were requested to attend the meeting and confirm the stand on Adhoc promotion of AO during 2011 to 2013. We take it very positively towards the finalisation of All India Seniority List. Subsequently, the CAO DPC would be convened,. AO RR draft has been sent back to DoPT after clearing the query. Hope it would get its final shape at the earliest. Also, there is some progress on OTR as learnt. However, we have to make our presence realised by peaceful demonstration, all over the country, if the things are not materialised. We will come to you soon with the proposal.

          Wish all our members a very Happy Father's day. This wish is for all members who are already happy fathers and also for members who have happy fathers.

          CBEC has published a revised allocation of cadre strength order for cadre re-organisation of field formation under CBEC on 16th June 2017. Attached for information of all our members.

          We have some pending issues before Board. Many correspondences have taken place and we have been in touch with Board Officials to get these issues resolved. We are going to visit Delhi on 22nd and 23rd June 2017. The visit report will be published soon after the visit.

Revised field formation order

        As u all are aware that Board has asked comments for relaxation on EA and Inspector RR vide its letters dated 24^th May 2017, we have forwarded a complete proposal in all respects, which are attached here for information of all our members. We have been trying to get solution on each issue, pending with Board and requesting appointment of Member (Admin), to narrate the issues, as he took over recently. Our President Shri Ram Lalit ji has visited Board offices a couple of times recently but could not be in touch with Member (Admin), as he was outstation. However, we have been in touch with other Board offices / officials and trying to get the things move.

        Zonal leaders are working very hard everywhere and DPCs have been conducted at many places. As a result, many of our members promoted to the next higher grade. I request all our members to cooperate with the zonal leaders to get the things done for the benefit of our members. Wherever the issue clashes the interest of different members, association should take a neutral view and try to get the things done as per Rule and also brief the members about the Rules and regulations.

       We have also forwarded our submission to fill up the vacant posts in promotion quota in view of DO letter issued by honourable Member (Admin) dated 01 Jun 2017.

        Hope to get cooperation from all our members and request them to involve in the association movement to have our legitimate right.

Board has issued another letter regarding discontinuation of interview for Group B and Group C posts for recruitment as well as promotion. Hence there should not be any interview for promotion for those posts wef the same date the interview for direct recruitment has done away with. (Letter)
